To schedule a Telehealth appointment, log in to your miBenefits and click on Telehealth Appointment under the “Manage My Health” tab on the left side of your screen. It will then take you to the “Sam” web page (www.goseesam.com) where you will register yourself. After your registration is complete, you can request an Urgent Care Visit, Primary Care Visit or even a Mental Health Visit. It’s available 24/7.
