Tri-Lakes Services, Inc. is looking to hire 8 - 10 Millwrights to work a shutdown in Maine, starting around the beginning of December, working through to March. There will be time to come home for the holidays, as well as travel pay, per diem pay and hotel accommodations.

Candidate is responsible for assembling/disassembling, maintaining and installing a number of industrial machines and/or components.

Responsibilities
  • Must follow ALL OSHA, company, and job site safety rules
  • Be able to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform the task
  • Dismantle and assemble equipment and components
  • Use a variety of hand tools, measuring tools, and equipment for cutting, welding, and brazing to adequately fulfill your daily job duties
  • Operate power tools
  • Possess basic hand tools
  • Lubricate equipment
  • Shaft and equipment alignment
  • Operate forklift, aerial lift, and vehicles
  • Rigging and lifting
  • Have a general knowledge of process piping
  • Clean up at the end of shift to make sure job site remains well-organized and free of unnecessary clutter
Qualifications
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must have good communication skills, verbally and written
  • Must be able to work after hours and weekends when needed
  • Must be able to work in all types of environments, including inclement weather
  • Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs and occasional ladders
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
