Description
Candidate is responsible for cleaning & preparing machines, construction sites and all other work areas.
Responsibilities
- must follow all OSHA, Tri-Lakes Services, Inc. and job site safety rules and regulations
- must perform work in a manner that exceeds the satisfaction of Tri-Lakes Services, Inc.
- must assist with building & taking down scaffolding
- must assist with prepping, washing & cleaning up of machines, equipment or other work areas
- must be able to operate a forklift and/or aerial lift
- must be able to follow all instructions given by the foreman and/or supervisor
Qualifications
- must have the ability to do physical labor and other strenuous tasks
- must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- must be punctual and reliable
- must be able to work at elevated heights, off of scaffolds, catwalks and/or ladders
- must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs and ladders
- must be able to work in extreme conditions, including inclement weather
- must be willing to work after hours and weekends when needed
- must be able to understand and apply common sense when carrying out written & verbal instructions
- must be able to get along and work well with others as a team and under the guidance and supervision of the foreman
